The James Trading Group Return Policy

Here at the James Trading Group we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the date received in its original, unused condition for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Please contact our customer service team to begin this process.

Once the warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned item and has verified that the item is in its original, unused condition, your credit card will be issued a refund. Please be advised it can take up to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement once issued. 

Please note that all sale items are final sale.

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods may be returned to us within 30 working days of receipt and we shall arrange a refund or replacement. Prior to returning the item, please contact us to receive return authorization to ensure the item is accurately tracked. A return label will be issued to your store or email address for item collection. Please include the product return code with the returned item.
