The James Trading Group needs to verify that you are a wholesaler who is capable of selling our products. Once you have made an account, we will make sure to verify you as soon as we possibly can. Once verification is complete, you can purchase our wide list of products to your hearts content!
Since our founding in 1992 (read more about us here), the James Trading Group has made it a priority to become an end-to-end solution for a company’s product design, distribution, e-commerce management, and D2C product supplier. We wanted to achieve this as it allows communication and work to be as fluid and efficient as possible - for ourselves and for our clients. (fact check)
Orders are processed in a maximum of 2 business days.
We make every effort to promptly create and ship your orders. Orders can only be dispatched on weekdays and during business hours. The warehouse will process orders made on a Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday the following week. Please be aware that shipments can only be processed on weekdays.
Although we really hope that packages arrive on schedule, there are circumstances beyond our control that might cause delays. As such, we hope that our valued clients are aware that the James Trading Group does not represent courier services. But don't worry, we're on your side and will assist you, however we can.
Shipping prices will be estimated per order and will be stated at checkout. Please keep in mind that our shipping partners determine the shipping prices, which can vary depending on the service chosen.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
You will receive an email verifying your order information immediately after placing it. Once it has been processed by the warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 24 hours for the first scan to display once an order has left our location.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We want to make ordering as stress-free as possible. To avoid any issues with your shipment, the James Trading Group advises customers not to ship to P.O. boxes
The James Trading Group is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs charges.
At James Trading Group, we work hard to give our clients the best possible goods and customer support. Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it in its original, unused condition for a complete refund (shipping expenses are not included).
Your credit card will be refunded as soon as the warehouse has acknowledged receiving the returned item and determined that it is in its original, unused condition. Please be aware that when a refund is made, it may take up to 10 business days for it to show up on your credit card account.

We won't charge you more for shipping or handling if your exchange is for the same price as your first purchase. Kindly ship your package to the following address using a traceable, insured, and pre-paid manner.
